Over the years I have had a love affair with books….the good old fashioned ones made out of paper. Since I was a teenager I have purchased so many on different areas of health, wellness, psychology and personal development. Many I still have.
This love affair with books eventually led me to write one, and another, with another on the way. Who else has a book in their belly?
There are many apps available to track your food electronically. So here is one I discovered a number of years ago which you may or may wish to try.
