I say it over and over again, our health is our wealth. We must practice self care every single day.
We spend so much time and energy (and money) on our material assets and can easily forget that our most valuable asset is our own body and health.
Self care is not selfish or self centred. It is necessary!
Just a little bit every day is better than nothing at all…..even if it is sitting and stroking your cat, or walking your dog.
